Returns Policy

Please be advised, that by ordering on our store you are accepting our returns policy. We we do our best to provide the best customer service possible, but it's impossible to keep up to date with all local laws of all our customers.

Double check you have selected the correct variant and entered the correct address. If you have entered the wrong address or selected the wrong variant, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can correct the mistake.

We review each case individually. Sometimes we make exceptions to our policies. You can always contact us with any questions at contact@cerber.store. We will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy on all our retail products, which means you have 14 days after confirmed delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customer@cerber.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping issues

If your order has not had a tracking update in over a month we will give you a full refund on your order. We are unable to give you a refund if your tracking says the order was delivered.

Damaged products

If the item you received was damaged in any way, please let us know, so we can review the issue and issue a refund or send you a replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Policy exceptions

All Cerber Originals products are excepted from returns, exchanges and refunds. These sales are final. In an effort to help save the environment we print those products on demand.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customs fees

Please be aware that your items may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee, import tax or similar. There is nothing we can do about customs clearance. Customs rules make the importer responsible for these fees.
